Hassled by the SHRILL sound of my phone going off from work and feeling overwhelmed, I put my phone under my pillow one afternoon around 4 PM and crawled into the kitchen for some pottering and self-love. This recipe is one of the many wok fries I make when I am so tired and can't be bothered with much hassle.
This brings me back to life every time. It’s squidy, good fun porky noodles. Mung bean noodles are so chewy, bouncy, and comforting that I eat them all the time. I frequently find that the saltiness of pork helps everything else come together perfectly. It took me about 10 minutes to fry this all together. Set up your kitchen like it’s Jamie Oliver’s 15-Minute Meals. Get the kettle ready, grab your chopping board, and prepare all of the ingredients before heating up the wok.
This made the whole day go from shrill to brill <3 <3
